Updown court finally sold!!!! After 6 long years of trying to get this mansion off the market,and begin forclosed the property final sells just a few days ago. The property was last on the market for $75 million. The home was purchased by Indian businessman no word yet on who the man is. The home sold for only €35 million or USD$55 million way lower than its asking price and fare less than its original asking price. The massive mansion was originally $143.5 million and was first on the market in 2006, it took 4 years to build this extravagant home.
