This diamond-studded top was shown at a private preview at the Dubai International Jewellery Week. The dress is covered with 905 sparkling diamonds mounted in 18 karat white gold and woven with 254 carats. Italian designer Gianfranco Ferré created a lovely top for the price of $1.3 million.
