This Endangered Parrots chess set is a collection of Grant Dawson. This set was handmade of premium quality hardwoods, walnut and maple. The playing pieces of this chess set are modeled after some of the critically endangered parrots of the world. Gold and silver are also used for the accents including an intricate Laelia Xanthina orchid model and a gold-plated border. The price? $4,800.
