Revelation R01 double complication watch

The casing of the watch seems like a chunky piece of crafted precious metal, and certainly amongst the best lookers we have noticed this year. With a 45mm width, one can notice the prominent size, and the depth is certainly apparent too. Its 18K gold casing packs in a hand-wound tourbillon TM01 caliber movement which has 44 jewel components, vibrates at 21,600 beats per hour. The power reserve for this machine is 48-hours. The casing options (displayed at bottom most) which we earlier spoke about include the pink gold and black PVD, Titanium with black coating, yellow gold, and also a grey gold casing. The wrist strap is however, common for all; black calfskin with hand-stitched markings. Common to the most interesting part of the watch, is the main dial, which has a dual visual angle to it, or rather 2 distinct complications. The upper cover of the watch is a transparent sapphire crystal clasp, which has the hour markings fixed on its transparent surface, which is then attached to the main casing with a small lock. When the covering is opened, it actually exposes the interior skeleton of the watch that was under cover of an opaque glass, located just above it. Further investigation reveals that these lenses are polarized, and fixed in a way that it can create this mysterious visual display. The hands seen here too are made with 18K gold. On the rear view of the dial, the other side of the complicated skeleton can be seen, including some of the 44 jewel components which are a part of it. Seems like a true horological maze in all! The price? $161,528
