The property which is being billed as world’s most expensive apartment is likely to be completed soon. It is a 3,300 square metres “Sky Penthouse” in Odeon Tower which is nearing completion. The project is being developed by Groupe Marzocco which is a luxury real estate company.
The future residences being developed by Groupe Marzocco will consist of an entertainment area which will include a private movie room. The wellness center will be equipped with gym, sauna, selection of pools and private spas. The Penthouse property is likely to be spread over five floors and will have a separate kitchen on each of the floors. The kitchens on each floor will be connected by a lift.
Expect this exclusive penthouse to have five bedrooms, living room, dining room, home cinema, sauna and swimming pool among other amenities. The construction is scheduled to be completed by September 2015 and the market price of the same will be in the range of $400 million. This will make it the most expensive apartment project ever to have been designed.
Monaco is just 6 percent of size of Manhattan and is yet home to some of the most expensive properties across the world. However when it comes to calculating price on basis of per square feet, the credit goes to owners of 15 Central Park West in New York. Their property sold for $13,000 per square foot in 2014 only.
