Dom Perignon 2002 champagne jelly, 24-carat gold leaf, gold-dusted white chocolate flowers, and edible diamonds are just some of the very expensive ingredients on this diabetic masterpiece. In addition to the pastry itself, there was a cocktail to accompany it made from raspberry and passion fruit syrup, Courvoisier Cognac, and more Dom Perignon 2002... naturally.
